1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- Return request is made within [3–7 days] of receiving the product
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags, certificates (if any), and invoices are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear images or video of the product
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, return instructions will be shared
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement at no extra cost
- Replacement will be shipped after verification
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the shipping cost
- For other approved returns, customers may be required to pay return shipping charges
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
