At Magiaura, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Return request is made within [3–7 days] of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, certificates (if any), and invoices are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@magiaura.in
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images or video of the product
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement at no extra cost
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the shipping cost
  • For other approved returns, customers may be required to pay return shipping charges

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
